CJN on conflicting  judgments by the Appeal Court

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed is not happy over the manner in which Appeal Court Divisions make conflicting submission on court cases in the country especially as it concerns election petitions.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, is not happy at alleged inconsistent decisions of the nation’s  courts especially on election petitions.

President Buhari: Some Nigerians on an online petition have requested president Buhari to resign .

Premium Times said the reason for the position by these Nigerians is as a result of Buhari’s refusal to obey the court orders at various instances.

In one of the occasions, the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, discharged the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra( IPOB)  Nnamdi Kanu and instructed he be released immediately, but  wasn’t obeyed by the DSS.
