The leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, the umbrella body of Christian community in Nigeria has reacted to the sack of Jim Obazee who was the Executive Secretary of Financial Reporting Council (FRC) for the enforcement of a legal provision not yet approved by the Federal Government which led to the retirement of Pastor Enoch Adeboye from the Nigerian section of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG.

Daddy G.O :While I agree totally with the call for Christians to go into politics én mass, I would rather call for the church first of all to go into prayers. Haven’t we seen sound Christians who went into politics and became compromised by the monstrous spirit of corruption and mammonry that has eaten dip into our political system and taken root in all the seats of power?
The Redeemed Christian Church of God’s General Overseer, Pastor Adeboye Enoch has appointed and anointed J. O Obayemi as the General Overseer for RCCG Nigeria while he , Pastor Adeboye leads RCCG overseas region.
Pastor E. A Adeboye the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, has released the 2017 prophesies . Pastor E. A Adeboye does that every crossover night service in the Redeemed camp.
Early this monring to mark the begining of the new incoming year 2017, Pastor Adeboye declared, he declared the the various prophecies asking his congregation and Nigerians as a whole to pray to see them coming to fulfilment.
Prophecies for Nigeria:
1. 2017 will be a year of surprises both for the oppressed and the oppressor; Those deliberately making life difficult for the common man will be relocated
2. The downward plunge will slow down, stop and reversal will begin
